RETURNS
For Non-HazMat goods, please plan to return your package in a timely manner, we accept returns up to 5 days after delivery of your package. To initiate a return request, please reply to your order confirmation, fill out the contact form or send a email to
All HazMat goods such as products with N20, are not returnable. Kindly refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information about handling the product.
Please note that due to the nature of our goods, we can only accept returns in the original packaging. Any returns in custom packaging will not be accepted due to specific dangerous goods restrictions.
REFUNDS
As soon as your returned package arrives at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show up on your account statement.
